SHIPPING

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Express

Post orders will be dispatched 1-2 business days 

Local Deliveries will be notified of the delivery time frame within 24 hours of placing a order.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity, government restrictions and increased demand as a result of COVID-19.

Increased volumes and workforce capacity constraints may cause a 3 day delay for parcels destined for South Australia & Victoria

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. This email will provide the tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
